Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is essential to us. To meet this goal, we do offer refunds and returns for orders placed online on our website under the following conditions.
Refunds / Error by us
If you receive the wrong product you may either choose to receive the correct product at no additional cost or opt to receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your order delivery date. Receipt or proof of direct purchase required.
If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
